If you are ever unsatisfied with a product purchased from the us, for any reason, simply contact us at returns@jmartinezart.com within 10-days of receiving your order, and return the item(s) in “like-new” condition  for a full refund, credit, or exchange.
Please contact us prior to returning an item. An invoice should be included explaining how you'd like us to handle the return. Also be sure to include your name and phone number in case there are any questions. We will gladly issue a refund, credit, or exchange.

We cannot accept returns on items that have been used. Notification of returns should be made within 10 days. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date, and must be in "like new/un used condition".  Returns must be accompanied with an invoice copy or they will not be honored.
